Key points
- Start with the transaction ID or signature, not a screenshot of an internal withdrawal request.
- Match the asset, network and destination to the casino’s deposit instructions.
- Contact the service responsible for the unresolved stage; never provide recovery words or private keys.
Find the stage at which the deposit stopped
A sending exchange can show a withdrawal request before there is a usable on-chain transaction reference. Once a transfer has been broadcast, a blockchain explorer can show its network status. Crediting the casino balance is a later operator process. Treating these as one event makes a delay harder to investigate.
| What you can establish | What to check next | Who can investigate |
|---|---|---|
| No transaction reference supplied | Whether the withdrawal was broadcast, cancelled or is still queued | The sending exchange or wallet service |
| Transaction pending on the correct network | The network status and the sender’s current guidance | The sending service; do not duplicate the payment |
| Confirmed transfer, casino balance unchanged | Asset, destination, received amount and required confirmations | Casino support, with the public transaction reference |
| Transfer used an unsupported asset or network | Whether the receiving operator offers a recovery process | Casino support; recovery is not guaranteed |

For context, Coinbase’s pending-transaction guidance describes network confirmation and processing delays. Its support policy applies to Coinbase, not automatically to another exchange or a casino.
Check the asset, network and destination together
Read the casino instruction for the deposit you actually made. Compare the exact asset, the selected blockchain and the receiving address with the sending service’s transaction details. Include any additional destination information required by that route. A matching address string alone is not enough.
| Deposit instruction | What was sent | Why it needs investigation |
|---|---|---|
| USDT on Tron | USDT on Ethereum | Same token name, different blockchain |
| ETH on Ethereum mainnet | ETH on Base | ETH on a different network from the receiving instruction |
| Native SOL | USDT on Solana | Same network, different asset |
| Bitcoin on-chain address | An attempted Lightning payment | Different payment route and destination requirements |

These are explanatory examples, not instructions to transfer funds. Tether’s supported protocols show why a token name can correspond to more than one chain. The casino must support the particular combination you used; an issuer’s wider protocol list does not establish a casino integration.
Why a valid-looking address can still be the wrong route
Some networks share address formats. A wallet can accept the address syntax even when the receiving service does not monitor the network you selected. Check the network named on the sending receipt against the network selected in the casino cashier. Do not infer support from an address prefix or a successful wallet validation.
If the route was wrong, preserve the transaction reference and contact the receiving operator through its official support channel. Recovery depends on its technical access and policy. Do not import a casino deposit address into another wallet, share your recovery phrase or pay an unsolicited recovery contact promising a guaranteed result.
Confirmed on the network, missing from the casino balance
A confirmed transfer still needs to match the operator’s supported asset and destination. Compare the amount actually received with the deposit minimum, and check the confirmation threshold or crediting window stated for that route. A sender’s fee can also make the received amount different from the amount entered initially.
Ask support to investigate that transaction rather than reporting only that the balance is wrong. A successful transfer on an unrelated network does not establish a successful casino deposit. Ethereum’s transaction documentation describes the underlying transaction and validation stages; the casino controls its own account-crediting rules.
What to include in a missing-deposit support request
| Field | Include |
|---|---|
| Asset and network | The exact currency and chain selected when sending |
| Transaction reference | The transaction hash or signature, plus the explorer URL if available |
| Amount and time | Amount sent, fees shown and the time with its time zone |
| Destination | The public receiving address supplied by the casino |
| Observed status | Pending or confirmed, and what the casino balance currently shows |

Send these details through the operator’s authenticated support route. Transaction records are public blockchain information, but they can reveal your wallet activity; keep the request private rather than posting it in an open discussion. Passwords, private keys and seed phrases are not needed to identify a public transfer.
Before attempting another deposit
Resolve the first transfer’s status before repeating it. For any later transaction, reopen the current cashier instructions, match the supported route and check the minimum received amount. A saved address or an old screenshot can miss changed instructions. This guide diagnoses a transfer; it does not recommend switching casinos to solve an outstanding payment.
Questions and answers
The exchange says completed, but the casino shows nothing. What now?
Find the transaction reference and check its status on the correct network. Then compare the asset, destination, amount and the casino’s confirmation requirement before asking the operator to investigate.
Can a wrong-network casino deposit be recovered?
The receiving operator may have a recovery process, but recovery is not guaranteed. Contact official support with the public transaction details and never disclose private keys or recovery words.
Should I deposit again to make the first payment appear?
No. Repeating a transfer does not resolve its status and can create another payment to investigate. Establish what happened to the existing transaction first.
